At Chicshaven, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Items returned after the 7-day return period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided to you.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Chicshaven will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another mutually agreed payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Chicshaven.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
